Typical day at work it was fast paced and some what laid back

Hard fast paced work using different types of equipment meeting new people learning new skills. Loading, receiving, distributing goods to customers a very rewarding job.

My direct supervisor was great, but the rest of the organization was terrible

This was a seriously cutthroat environment. There were 0 cameras around the facility and people were stealing food constantly. Nevermind that you were allowed to take home 50 lbs of food each month for free, they would see the lobster come in and immediately take it to their cars. Everyone would get blamed for this and it was an ongoing thing through the years that I had worked there.
