Hostess in Scottsdale, AZ
on February 4, 2019
stressful and micromanaged
One of the managers is extremely rude and very obvious about his dislike for you infront of any and everybody if you end up on his bad side. they have no idea what it means to have too many cooks in the kitchen when they try and do everyones job for them which inevitably just slows down everyone causes lack of communication and sometimes even bad customer experiences

Love working here! Great work life balance. The culture is on point. Management is a breath of fresh air. The old managers were a head ache and unorganized.
server/hostess/runner in Scottsdale, AZ

seems like a good place to work at.. til its not. the location is in scottsdale so, yes, the girls are stuck up and the customers rude. management leaves reviews on you daily like your in pre-K with a daily agenda. will leave you negative reviews when your in training. also will openly talk about you to other employees (super unprofessional). if your not looking to server but mostly host and food run by all means work here. but if you want to be a full time server keep scrolling love.
Server in Phoenix, AZ

Always changing and always new rules that no one knows or is told about, this restaurant features a menu of favoritism and grudges. They love to punish their employees with making them hosts or food runners to keep them from making money. Bad business.
Server / Bartender in scottsdale
on June 25, 2019
but very hostile environment due tl the management. all male upper staff while they only employ girls whom they treat unfairly. very hard to follow the rules they set due to constant change.
