Warehouse Trainer (Current Employee) – Plainfield, IN – March 17, 2018
Good place to start a career if you have not other responsibilities. Management is strong on saying the right things but weak on enforcement. National leadership has good principles and culture. Local management struggles to implement them.
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) – Indianapolis, IN – February 13, 2018
Working for Breg was average, the days were long averaging 9.5 hour days, but the plus was having weekends off. It left very little time with family because the hours would be from 11 am to whenever production was done in the evening.
Patient Service Representative (Former Employee) – Mount Laurel, NJ – October 11, 2017
Management heavy with little regard to you as an individual. Communication is awful between Human Resources and management. Breg does not care what kind of experience you might have regarding job specific roles. They only want people who fit their mold.
Forklift/Material Handler (Current Employee) – Carlsbad, CA – March 16, 2017
To be honest I enjoyed the culture of this company. I do have to say that the structure needs work specifically in management in the warehouse. hardest part of the job is getting recognition for work completed or goals reached.
Confidential (Current Employee) – Carlsbad, CA – November 1, 2016
Stay away - poor management, poor work-life balance, no room for advancement, leaders are not trustworthy, and your work will never be recognized. "Unlimited" PTO policy is a joke - you have to basically beg for time off.
Sales (Former Employee) – California – September 17, 2016
Several years ago this company was great to work for. But this year they have fired so many people who were very dedicated and contributed a lot to the company. The share of cost for healthcare is ridiculous. Not allowed to make mistakes or be honest on whether your work load has become unmanageable. So many people have left that job responsibilities are dispersed among those remaining rather than hiring new people. It is impossible to be proactive in this company... Only reactive. The focus has changed to quantity not quality.
Co workers, bonus (which I'm sure will not happen next year), salary ok
Accounting Clerk (Former Employee) – Carlsbad, CA – May 26, 2016

assembly , leadperson (Former Employee) – Grand Prairie, TX – May 24, 2016
I was not there long under Breg management. but the other 18 years at breg/Bledsoe was a ok place to work. production manager listing when you have concerns, or issue with equipment or orders wrong. they listing when a problem occur. it pays the bills
Picker/Packer/Shipper (Current Employee) – Plainfield, IN – May 12, 2016
There is absolutley no structure with in this employer and company. They make statements about how they are going to promote from within and never follow thru, therefore hiring from outside the company. This employer causes low morale, and at times creates a hostile work environment because of morale.
you'll never have a chance to move within the company
