High Pay, but requires a lot of hours

If you live close by, it can be a solid place to work. Any kind of travel really adds up. Their hourly wage was high, but the amount of hours you need to work outweigh the perks of that wage. Often times, school hours would only add to 30 hours, then you need to make up the other hours at home cases. Purposeful work with plenty of support

The supports systems in place really help you as an employee and the pay is great. Every employee has a coach who is their "go-to" person with questions to make sure they receive day to day support. There is also a Behavior Consultant on every case
