There are some really great people who work here and there is potential to learn a lot. Pay is great and I always feel like I have enough hours. Summer can be harder to get hours, but if you have a few home cases then you should be ok. The actual job is extremely rewarding! The kids and families make it worth it!! Cons: There’s a lack of professionalism in the company, favoritism, and questionable ethics. Minimal PTO, no holiday pay, not paid for required training.
Clinical Associate (RBT) (OBC Manager) in Somerset and Middlesex Counties, New Jersey

Working at Brett DiNovi Associates you will more than likely be very supported within the field, engage with like-minded others through leadership meetings outings and more, have endless opportunities to help families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities, grow within the company, as well as grow in the field of behavior analysis.

I've grown so much at BDA and always feel supported! I started working with BDA as a Clinical Associate in schools and in home. During onboarding & new hire orientation, BDA provides you with A TON of information to ensure success. They also provide you with an Executive Coach so you can continue to create goals for yourself and have ongoing support for anything you may need. BDA has provided me with many different opportunities to learn and grow. I continued my education and recently passed my BCBA exam, where I now work as a Behavioral Consultant with BDA. BDA has always made sure I was set up with resources during this transition and I have always felt supported. BDA goes above and beyond to provide flexibility in location/hours! The best part about this job is the overall BDA Culture that is fostered by all of its employees.

The pay is very good compared to other companies, however it is a very interesting culture. People either idolize the CEO or think he is crazy. You get a lot of texts off hours and facebook notifications. Facebook is used to communicate important info and meetings with admin can be unprofessional. There are some really great people at the company and day to day work is rewarding, just know that you can say no to additional cases if your work load is too much.

Most BI jobs hardly give you enough hours to live with the kind of work they demand of you. Not this place. Brett DiNovi definitely stands out from the rest.
