You're worth more than they will ever give you credit for.
Consultant (Former Employee) – Austin, TX – July 5, 2017
I can assure you this review is not done out of spite or malice. They truly will have you believe they are a great place to work at. That is, until you question anything or request a new client. Its more of a "shut-up and do as you're told. Never ask questions or complain" kind of company. Highly qualified or not, they do not care. Once you become an employee you're lucky if they still remember your name or know anything about you. Longevity is a possibility but even then so you are not guaranteed growth. If you are looking for a "in the mean time" gig, this is your place. Assuming you can get a recruiter to call you back.
There is a reson the only reviews you find are either outdated or "current" employees. This company will do anything they can to prevent negative press.
Healthcare is decent. Hours are somewhat flexible.
Out of touch with employees, training is lacking, turnover is high, they simply dont care about anything but the money, they know their services are needed so they do as they please.
Manager, Executive Search Practice (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – January 7, 2015
The Houston office is new and Austin is where the corporate office is located. Challenges with Austin partners trying to run the Houston market much like the Austin market. Houston office needs Houston leaders with proven experience.
While working with Bridgepoint, I was assigned to a high tech power generator company. The position I filled, in Sales Operations, allowed me to make contributions in process improvement while learning a great deal about the organization and industry.
