Poor Training
Written by Student Finance Agent (Former Employee) from Tempe, AZ on July 16, 2018
The company lacked poor training. They would hold meetings about new implementation of procedures. You had 30 minutes to learn it and ask questions. But most times it was an email sent out by management about our new procedures that was effective immediately. There was no room for advancement. Management was supposed to assist you and answer your questions - more ... but most of the time there was none you reach. - less
ProsFree education, work at home
ConsPoor management, no room for advancement, lack of training
