Toxic. I had never even heard of getting disability for depression before I started working there, and I would say that at least 55% of anyone there 6 or more years has had to be taken out of work by their doctor.

Management style: fear mongering, divide and conquer, politician.
Employees showing signs of PTSD consult a physician immediately. There are an unusually high number of suicides.

I was an aid who opened up the So. Cal area trained the staff using my 20+yrs in marketing. The staff went from 36,000 to 80 000 do to my training and marketing programs.
Easy to work with a great con.
However as a supervisor coordinator the why Ashford man runs their teams easy to see why you have a high turn over.
