Awful management, EXTREMELY low morale, insane turnover rate. Patient care does not come first. Employees are unappreciated, overworked, neglected. The "benefits" are laughable. No recognition or appreciation for employees - especially those who have been with the company for a while. No bonuses, no incentives, low pay.
The company is very money driven. A lot of cut corners, broken equipment. Patient and employee safety is not valued. Awful staffing.
