Again, Bias, meaning nurses turn their heads the other way, and try to place blame on the other person if any incident occurs, even if their "buddy" is in the wrong. Team work is a must, and it definitely falls short, unless, the co-workers are friends, most, not all. Come to some of the floors during the night shift, unexpectedly, see who's working,and see who's on their phones, not checking their patients the way they should. Very unprofessional. It is like one big party.
