I have worked in this field for over 10 years. This is by far the most team oriented group of individuals I have ever worked with. I don’t go to work with tension in the air anymore.

Management was the worst of the worst, changing schedule without notifications, if you become one of their pets you are in. If not best look for another job. Best not to even apply here

Bridges of Indiana needs more organization and communication between supervisors and employees. I enjoyed working with disabled clients and their parents were very appreciative of my work with them.
