The interview process is awesome. Very quick turn around time. They get back to you within 2 days for each step of the interview. After having an on-site interview/final interview they get back to you and tell you one of three things:1. You are great fit the job and company. What do you think about them?2. You are not a good fit for the job, but a great fit for the company. Are you open exploring other opportunities?3. You are not a good fit for the job nor the company.Best interview experience so far. You don't have to worry about waiting a long time for feedback. In this case, I didn't get the job; but I found out quickly so I was able to continue looking and focus on other positions.Good job Bridgewater!
