Questions and Answers about Bridgewater Associates Interviews
What questions did they ask during your interview at Bridgewater Associates?
Your weaknesses and they don't want a fluffy answer. They actually want to know your weakness. I gave a weakness that good also be a strength and the answer didn't fly with the interviewer. I was challenged by the interviewer; I honestly did not know what to say. So the interviewer continued to say 1. I either know my weakness and do not want to look bad and tell them 2. I truly do not know any of my weaknesses. Very challenging question.Asked April 4, 2018

What is the interview process like at Bridgewater Associates?
The interview process is awesome. Very quick turn around time. They get back to you within 2 days for each step of the interview. After having an on-site interview/final interview they get back to you and tell you one of three things: 1. You are great fit the job and company. What do you think about them? 2. You are not a good fit for the job, but a great fit for the company. Are you open exploring other opportunities? 3. You are not a good fit for the job nor the company. Best interview experience so far. You don't have to worry about waiting a long time for feedback. In this case, I didn't get the job; but I found out quickly so I was able to continue looking and focus on other positions. Good job Bridgewater!Asked August 29, 2018
