A typical day at work consists of providing quality customer service, along with fast paced work. Management at Bridgeway is quality. Manager will go above and beyond for her employees. The culture of the workplace was either relaxed or stressful, no in between. I learned a lot about how to effectively maintain clean and safe working environment, consistently adhere to quality expectations and standards, communicated effectively with both customers and management, and being an intermediary between the kitchen and restaurant staff. The hardest part about this job would be how busy it gets, as it can be overwhelming sometimes. The most enjoyable part about this job would be your coworkers and the customers that come in. They are all very nice, and make you feel like family.
