Behavior Specialist (Current Employee) – Rancho Cucamonga, CA – August 1, 2013
Not a typical job, something new and unique happens everyday. I have learned patience above anything and how to intervene during a crisis. Dealing with high-risk youth is a job that is internally rewarding. Management is great and cares about the kids. You have to be a certain type of person to do this job, meaning you have to be able to forget about your personal life and focus.
Teacher's Aide (Former Employee) – Perris, CA – March 12, 2018
A typical work day is stressful, the students deserve better treatment. Students are not learning any life skills or anything educational. Staff needs better training on how to deal with special needs children and adults. The staff is under paid and over worked.

This was an excellent school, I was friends with the founder and she had an amazing vision and a passion for creating a learning environment that would be conducive to all different types of learners, specifically those who did not excel in the traditional school system, due to special needs or other factors. Unfortunately funding fell through and the school had to be closed down.
