You must be able to work independently and have good time management skills. Supervisors are supportive. Pay is decent, opportunity for bonuses. You do need to travel for meetings with your own vehicle. You get mileage for miles traveled.

Bright Start was a great company to work for. Co-workers and management are supportive, caring and invested in employee growth. Unfortunately, salary is low but that is the result of the funding received from the state and federal government

Working at Bright Start gives opportunity to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. While there are few opportunities for employee in-put and advancement, there are lots of opportunities for networking, learning the resources available to people with disabilities, and has good benefits. Co-workers are invaluable, flexible scheduling of your day a plus, but job can be very demanding.
