Brighton has high standards for professionalism and honesty over the phone, if you don't intend on working with integrity this is not the company for you. Everything is provided for you - easy scripts to follow, quality clients (insurance companies, IT firms, business brokers, etc...), a top-notch dialer system and a supportive management team. Brighten pays its employees weekly. I've been on direct deposit since I've been with the company and have never missed a paycheck or had any issues with my direct deposit.
