Casual, yet highly productive and collaborative work place
Written by Distribution Associate (Current Employee) from Charlotte, NC on September 10, 2019
BHF has grown quite a bit since its start up a few years ago. The culture has become more diverse and inclusive and HR does a great job with listening to its employees. I look forward to going to work every week and hope to grow with the company in the future. Management is not afraid to shake things up, in a good way.
Pros
Great benefits, Casual work attire, on-site cafeteria, Fantastic people, transparent
Cons
Still new so there isn't much room for growth/advancement at this time

Initially it was a great place to work but after a few months there were clicks and some of the managers made the culture and work environment very difficult.
