Great work environment, but no room for promotion

Working at BPNC was a swell time, but any and all requests to have a position changed, or promoted when such a position is available, is always refused for an entirely new person that needs to be trained, by said person attempting to get the position in the first place. Great place to work, lovely environment, just not too employee friendly.

I work in my community and for the community

I work part-time mornings are very busy do to traffic and parents dropping off children at school and school buses are in my route parents and children feel safe while walking through the street while we are their we also have information meeting to offer help and guidance the members of the community we serve

Fun place to work at

There is a lot of programs that BPNC offers, you get to meet a lot of people and work around fun activities. However the pay is below minimum wage but it is understandable, it is also good for teens who have no job experience. They give you a certain schedule and they’re strict about attendance since most of these jobs are only temporary.

Be careful keep your eyes open at all times be kind and courteous to everyone including students don't be on your phone you can easily get distracted.
