ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in Ashburn, VA
on September 25, 2019
This specific office is very small so there's a sense of community and friendship within the office. They are still figuring out a system within the office so if you're someone who enjoys creating your own processes than you'll enjoy the environment there.

Work with you and always there when you need them. Wonderful and caring management and they go above and beyond for the employees and clients. The pay is somewhat decent but can be better.
Customer Care Manager/Scheduler in Springfield, IL

If you enjoyed high school drama and being talked about behind your back no matter how hard you worked, then this is the job for you! Everyone in the office will know your business, nothing is confidential, one of the owners participates in this and actually is the stem of the problem. The turn over rate in the office is crazy. There are no chances for advancement as much as they like to make you think you are going to move up, you won’t- you’ll find another job before then. Could be a very nice job but will never be with who is running it now.
Occupational Therapist in San Antonio, TX

The worst job i have ever had. I was not compensated fairly, driving sometimes over 3 hours a day and nor getting paid mileage, having to use my own personal vehicle. Was forced to work weekends, over 50 hour weeks. Micromanagement made documentation and scheduling a nightmare. Company went through 4 DONs in the one year i was there, so that should tell you everything.
