Supportive and encouraging environment
BrightView is a great place to work, learn, and grow! Management is very supportive and encourage professional growth. Supervisors provide feedback and are available for any questions. Monthly trainings have been super helpful and fun!

Great place to start
This company is a good company. They have fair pay. Management is easy to contact and very involved with all employees. You’re given the tools to do your job. However, the it is stressful at times. Overall, it is a good job to start a great career path.

Great atmosphere and support. Progressive company!
I love working here! I've been here a few months and have already gotten a raise. My work is recognized and appreciated. Expectations for the position are clear and communication between therapists and upper management is straightforward. Upper management (owners, clinical director, and supervisors) really care about the families and employees. We have ongoing monthly trainings which have been incredibly helpful! The company is invested in making you the best therapist you can be to help kiddos and families. I am very grateful to be here.
