Is it true in a lot of the reviews I read that management does not treat the workers fairly? I find that hard to believe when you are working with seniors and trying to help them with questions and respect them in every way possible. I have dealt with the public many times through my career. Seniors are especially vulnerable and we need to show them respect and to enjoy life as they progress in age.
