First I would get rid of safety supers.the crewleaders /drivers should be responsible for their assigned vehicle .that would open up some funds for more benefits/bonus/pay ECT. Or even more for your pocket

Ask how many hours to expect to work. Ask if there is PTO. Ask if you will be sent home if it rains.

Depends on the local mgmt. If they want to cut labor they might send you home for a week. The same person might also expect an account manager to work 50+ hrs for 40 hrs pay

All of the employees are great and come in with a positive attitude with the exception of the Office Manager.. She is verbally abusive to the entire staff and has been for 15 years. It makes you wonder why she is still there if she's the only bad apple in the group.
