I would get rid of the fake management, hire people that actually take the time to get to know the residents and actually care about them, double check the safety of them, and definitely provide more activities

I would hire real HR representatives to listen to the employees HR not just for managers and that's how it is right now if you're not a manager don't ask for help and I would have got rid of all managers from the beginning that I would have brought a new managers I went to kept no managers from Valley Crest or Brickman
