My day at BBV started by running arrival reports for the day and upcoming week. Also, keeping track of guest concerns and needs, I learned a great deal about myself and how to deal with vendors and guests but in a positive and negative way. I learned about problem solving and customer service. The management team was completely understanding and supportive. My co-workers were the best and I miss them all terribly. The hardest part of the job would be before, during, and after a north eastern storm or a hurricane. Guest issues, homeowners, vendors, high call volume, I could go on. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with our valued customers. I had the opportunity to get to know a lot of different people and sometimes I even had the opportunity to enjoy their vacation along side them.
