I worked overnight for about a year. When I was hired they said they were flexible to work with your schedule specially if you were in school. This was the biggest lie the company said. I emailing the manager in charge of schedules for 8 months and never got a response. But when the new hires came in they would get the schedule I wanted. They only way they work with your schedule is if it benefits the company or if you are in the favor of management.

I personally dont like my schedule beacuse i cant get any importantthings done during the week unless i take off. My shift is 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Work hours are 8 hour shifts. Depending on department and flow of calls is were you end up working a shift.
