The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter. Then in person interview. It started with an assessment. Then the hiring Director interviewed me. After the hiring Director interview there was a panel interview with two Directors. The in person interview lasted about 4 hours. Then you wait forever to hear back from. Be careful they post positions and interview candidates even though they already have an internal candidate that is getting the job.

I was contacted by recruiter and later met with 2 "ladies" from the group, the . One was the hiring manager and the other one is like a side kick. The hiring manager spoke, not much, but managed to get through interview and the other woman did not say a word the entire time. I wished I took the other job that wanted me instead... took FOREVER (nearly a month) for the background and recruiter/BMS to get it together but I FINALLY started.
