Online application, followed by interview. After the hiring manager has interviewed all clients, HR is contacted with the manager's choice for hire. The candidate is then contacted with an offer of employment. If they accept, then they come for pre-employment drug screen (hair follicle, including no tobacco use), and background checks, etc. Then they are scheduled for orientation. Whole process can take a couple of weeks to a month, depending on the type of position.

Completely depends on the manager. They usually ask questions about past work experience, personality questions, and if you are willing to take call.
