I've worked production my whole life. There's a ton I could say from both ends of the spectrum. Production workers are a special breed(especially Maine Seafood Workers) Its tough work, the hours can often be long, but just as any other job-you get out of it what you put into it. If you want to climb the ladder then be the one that stands out and gets noticed. This company has a ton of opportunity, and they are not afraid to promote and reward. Most people are looking for the easy path to get to the top, there is no easy path. Here you will find management that supports your ideas and goals. I've worked for companies that pigeon holed me because I was too good at my job, and refuse to see my potential. This is not one of those companies. This is a good place to start or advance your career. As I said, production workers, especially seafood workers are a special breed. You either have what it takes or you don't. This is a good place for a career
