There really is no typical day working in an airport environment. I suppose that is what makes it so attractive and challenging, never dull. Working in a dynamic environment means that you always have to be on top of your game and you need to understand that customers pay a lot of money for an experience which needs to be delivered in a consistent manner all of the time. The workplace culture is to ensure we provide top notch customer service and support one another in its delivery. Managing the team is based on accountability, trust, honesty and understanding. The hardest part of the job is ensuring all facets of the business work together to ensure we meet the customers expectation of their British Airways experience. The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with customers and business partners on a daily basis and looking at ways to constantly improve processes.
