The staffing is poor, the management isn’t horrible but it isn’t great. Teamwork is great on one side of the building, poor on the other. The care provided is good, and the residents seem well cared for.
I have been with the company for a number of years and have no intentions of leaving. They are wonderful to work for and with. I find there is a high quality of team work most of the time. You have a few people that make things difficult but you will have that in any place you work not just here. My coworkers make it nice to come to work everyday and the residents make it even better. It is so rewarding helping those people that are unable to care for themselves. I pride myself in the facility and job I do here. This is a fast paced job that can be stressful at times but that is what nursing is all about. The benefits are great and the management team makes the time to listen to your issues and helps fix them when needed. I truly enjoy working for this company.
They listen, benefits are awesome, good atmosphere
Staffing is sometimes a challenge but they work hard to fix it
management that is willing to stick up for their staffing and help guide their staff at the appropriate times to help them achieve an accomplishment the work place culture should be bubbly and an atmostpher of good hard working dedicated people with great customer service
They simply advance their favorite workers, and leave the hardworking behind. Definitely nit worth the pay for a CNA. You gain close friends and family but the work ethic of the people on the floor is much more caring than management.
The most enjoyable thing part of this job is getting to see how much you can help others just by being there and taking care of others who cant at times take care of there selves. It is very rewarding to see the difference you can make in another persons life.
