How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Broadly? What are the steps along the way?

About 1-2 weeks. There are two phone screens and then an in person interview with 4 people at the company. It is a two hour interview (half n hour with each person) followed by a meet and greet with a lot of people at the company. It's a long day, but preferable to being strung along for a few weeks with call backs.
Pretty fast, I think it took 8 weeks.
