Hard work, decent pay. Certain times of the year overtime was available. A 3rd shift was open and worked good for my at home situation. I was layed off twice in two years when work slowed up. Never had the opportunity to be completely hired on.
I was responsible for managing and the business develop of distributors and fabric manufacturers.
National Sales Manager (Former Employee) – Monroe Township, NJ – October 3, 2012
What a learned from this company is that you need a strategic business plan to succeed. You must have a quality department to successfully run manufacturing. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the distributors and fabric manufacturers. The hardest part of my job was getting the correct information from the General Manager. I also believe that the President of the company should not hide behind closed doors. The General Manager preferred to have the co-workers deal with him directly.
lack of communication from the highest level downward.
