Lack of leadership is the only drawback working with this company.
Quality Control Inspector Lead (Former Employee) – Abilene,Texas – May 9, 2018
While employed with Broadwind Energy, I learned very quickly that it's all about the money. They do not take the employees home life into consideration at all. I personally worked 110 hours plus per week and they wanted more. I gave my heart and soul to the company and home life suffered for it. At the end of the day, I learned a lot and I give my all to any company that I work for. I was taught at an early age that you always do the best job possible no matter if you are digging ditches or building million dollar pieces of equipment. A strong work ethic is part of who I am and what I represent. I have no tolerance for laziness and slacking when it comes to doing the job correctly the first time.
