Laid off plenty of Staff to promote management for different reasons. Workers are friendly, management seems friendly but corporate is cutthroat. Picking is easy, goals are reasonable, but if they want to do something like that promotion don't expect to hold the job even meeting goals and expectations

It was a job

It’s a warehouse job. You get all the tools needed to do what is asked. Everything is written down. It doesn’t take a genius. If you come in, do your job and go home - you can go as far as you want to. It’s that simple. Yes they have cameras, yes there is a manager there to make sure you are following the rules and not screwing around but how different is that from any where else? If you’re not willing to follow directions, you’ll probably not like it here or anywhere else. It’s family run and they do care but you get what you give.

This is a great job for entry level and experienced warehouse workers alike with room to grow in pay and experience.

If you're willing to work and can handle the heat in the summer Brock supply is a good Warehouse to work at. Not every box is extremely heavy and the production rate is easily achievable. Management here is patient and willing to answer all questions related to your task. The crew here all works together to accomplish one goal get the job done and get home safely.

Tough but Fair

It's warehouse work. It's tough. There are goals and the expectation to meet those goals, just like any other fulfillment warehouse. Your day relies heavily on consumer activity (and Brock Supply is a same-day shipper) so you never know for sure how your day is going to go. Some days may be heavy with orders, others may be light. In either event, it's a fast-paced environment. I had a good experience with management. They want you to succeed. It's a simple job, but it'll keep you on your toes.

Work here at your own risk. They don't care about you

Working at Brock is a nightmare even though my role was in an office. It’s very micromanaged. There’s a lack of communication between managers and employees. Management probably will not give you feedback on how to do your job better. Brock wants employees to be like robots, obedient, and not be questioned by the employees. If you questioned the Brock way of being an employee, management will do whatever they can to try to let you go. The office is really quiet which means you can't really talk to your teammates.Brock has a tendency to fire easily and they don't care. You might not get severance package. You want to last at Brock, You must be a brownnoser to management. Don’t question the rules or gives them new ideas to make the company better for employees. And every employees here is for themselves. If management doesn't like you, you are getting fired. This a family owned business, therefore the toxic side of working in a family owned business is prevalentIf you want to start a career to advance, don’t work here. If you get an offer here. Start looking for another job now. No employee should ever suffer when working here.
