The pace is pretty moderate. Mornings are slow and quiet, but during the middle of the day, it's much busier. Not to much to handle.

The interview process was fair and fine. My supervisor was fine when I was being interviewed. As long as you have a good resume and some experience that relates to the job you're applying for, you'll be fine.
