Management, ED, nurses..... Blame everything on the caregivers. Taking no responsibility for what they need to do. Also low pay for so so much work.

Very authoritative and rude management personell. I consider living here relative to being under the control of Hitler's Third Reich (Sig, Heil). Upper level management keeps very tight contol and a domineering force over what you can and mostly can't do.

Bad management, no accountability. Promise residents families everything but not enough staff to even run a complete shift. Taking any patients, especially ones that are not suited for the facility just to get money. Gross mismanagement! Very racist and no accountability. I would not recommend this place to workers or to clients.

Management, very unprofessional and rude. I guess if a hairdresser can become a director, then there is hope for you at Brookdale. I’d suggest wearing big red oversized shoes and a red nose as your work uniform because after a week you feel like you are working in a circle.
