No they don't pay for education

I was working part time maybe 25 to 30 hours a week then drop to working once a week. Depends on management and who they want to work and also what position you have if you PRN nothing is stable if your full time your ok and get a set schedule

No. Servers (as well as all employees) were forbidden from accepting gifts (including money) from residents. (Rightly so) It is inappropriate to accept a gift from residents. It could also get you in trouble legally. The hourly pay is different in each region but normally ranges from $10-$12 for part-time employees.
