I don't know why I'm bothering answering this question but I'm sure management knows....they don't care, neva did, neva will
They know the pay sucks but people still fill out apps to work their so no sweat off the uppers back. The hire-ups have criminal backgrounds, they hire family members and the family members will come in and start off with more money then your making no matter how long you have been working for their company and when you complain, they fire you. The scheduler gives heR family and friends all the overtime shifts so forget about making extra pocket change...*NO* There is absolutely no privacy, HIPAA is violated with management
everytime some1 calls off or have a scheduled day off, every1 knows why you called off, staff and the uppers smokes weed and come in reeking of marijuana with coke under their nose but the uppers excuse them & turn the other cheek.. They hire crackheads with no teeth and drug addict's. When you have the right complexion, and you need a day off...*Its granted* Lpns don't properly do blood sugars but chart they do. They neva do showers on the residents on their shower day..*FORGET-IT* REVAMP THE WHOLE SMELLY PLACE IN DOVER, HIRE STAFF WHOM DON'T HIRE FAMILY MEMBERS AND BEST FRIENDS. I'm sick of this place....Matter fact...I QUIT!! O YEA, DRUG TEST...*EVERY1, NOT ONLY STAFF BUT MANAGEMENT AS WELL.

Bring in new management. This is a business for grown ups not a high school for a clique of little girls. LISTEN to your employees. Don’t show favoritism, make the residents count not just their money. Nickeling and doming these poor people to death, STOP
IT!! Take care of the employees you have and recognize who works hard and does their job. You ladies need to get real and stop pushing all your hardworking people out the door. Employees overworked and underpaid. The management should he ashamed of themselves for how they treat the resident and the employees who work hard. When abuse is reported, don’t punish the individual who made the report!

Turnover is ridiculously high...that should say something about needing a change. They offer bonus and higher pay just to “bribe” people to apply while the employees they still have are forced to work for very little pay. Management doesn’t care about their employees they just care about filling beds. Cutting hours yet expecting the same workload to be done with minimal staff resulting in burnout. Management should actually work the floor at least one week a month to be relate to employees and maybe gain some perspective.

Management staff to assist their lower paid staff. As those are under paid, and over worked.
