Spend the money and have enough help, also hire people to just serve instead of using caregivers . I have worked for brookdale for 4 years and that is the biggest complaint, as a med tech i would pass meds in memory and assisted living serv food wash dishes and caregive in any given day. no wonder there are falls and residents moveout they pay alot of money to be there to get so little care because of understaffing. plus higher pay.
