They go through more mangers in the tri city area than anywhere. Where do they find some of these ED's? They need to clean house with some upper management to being a fresh perspective on the direction Brookdale is going. Residents are awesome! Management needs to listen to its employees.

More training for the Executive Directors on how to handle all situations including employees and how to build teams withing the community. Regionals doing a complete investigation into employee complaints and not ignoring employees with serious situations going on in the community. Bottom line is the employees need to be heard and taken serious so that they dont feel unappreciated so that they can make the environment around them for the clients and peers less stressfull. When employees feel heard and appreciated they will do whatever it takes to make the place they work for succeed. Brookdale needs to stop making it about numbers out loud. With the understanding that numbers do matter but keep that private and show the employees that brookdale does care and appreciate them as well. After all the employees are what keeps the business successful. Miserable employees bad for business happy employees happy business.
