Hear is a thought for management, if you want employees' to stay...... listen to them- don't intimidate them with threats or ultimatums based on not hearing two sides of the story only hearing one. Pay your workers with a better wage then paying them a low wage. Be a whole team not a divide team which I mean management is always going to be superior but as a team of ppl that work together from workers to management respect the workers that been over backwards and stop the intimidation and ultimatums to get your way (management) as a team or supposed to work and communicate, not a one-way street it's a road that everyone is on and working together
