Hire cnas that are respectful and have capabilities for their position night staff cnas are horrible. They dont care about patients they just want a job that pays them to sleep

Working with a very outdated system is frustrating at best and there is no accountability, which makes the job even harder. The company continues to grow, but won't invest in a new system. There is also no support for payroll issues and no communication at all.
