Mobil security supervisor/ command supervisor (Former Employee) –  Pearl River, NYJanuary 31, 2019
There were constant discrepancies regarding pay, it was very unorganized. Not all employees are bad, however my first night on the job a manager and another supervisor were making racial comments.
Pros
used company car to do duties

Easy to start and great people to work with with its quirks
Unarmed Security Officer (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVDecember 16, 2018
Brosnan is a great company with an amazing starting pay. They have friendly and helpful managers and supervisors that’ll be there with any call or text if you have a question. The jobs are fairly simple such as patrolling a location either by foot or by vehicle , scanning check points or simply standing by the door. Being detailed as possible when claiming incidences is a plus to everyone.
Draw back is even if you call out ONCE you get all your shifts pulled and will be placed to on call once you provide a doctors note.. very strict !
Pros
More than one break, friendly staff, variable times and locations
Cons
Shifts pulled even with one call off, some locations can be far and no gas is provided

A lot of people who dont od their job always complain about the manage being strict, I am a supervisor & the management is super lenient , & give out so many chance to people & people throw away all their chance & get fired.
Pros
Work in a bank

Stand all day & fan use phone

The company is okay overall but management sucks big time.
Security Guard Officer (Former Employee) –  Lauderdale Lakes, FLNovember 1, 2018
The company is decent don’t get me wrong but the management is really corrupt. They play with your money, change your schedule if you make a mistake. (Some managers have No knowledge of how to run a company. If management has something against you they play dirty games until they are able to fire you then don’t answer calls or give correct paperwork on termination. Company really needs to be under investigation! A lot of corrupt things going on.
Pros
Good pay
Cons
Management. No benefits. No communication what so ever

Security Contractor (Former Employee) –  Charleston, SCSeptember 25, 2018
The hardest part of the job is being that as a contractor, you have to be available at short notice and you're away from your family/ loved ones for a potentially extended period of time.
Pros
Free hotel, food perdium, free rental car
Cons
Poor on the ground communication.

Security Officer / Customers Services (Current Employee) –  New York, NYAugust 14, 2018
Good Place to work. Good Outlook. The Management is weak & somehow slow and chaotic in managing schedules. A tendency to give fewer hours to employees.

They provide consistent work since they are a rapidly ever changing growing company. Once your track record is proven you will be goven elevated roles depending on who your account manager may be.

Bank Protection Officer (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 17, 2018
Working at a bank location, where I monitor the ATM and general bank area. This position requires continuous standing, making it difficult. Other than that, it is just as any other security position.

Unarmed Security Guard (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJune 25, 2018
I would recommend you to apply as long as you have your certification. The jobs are all over the tri-state area and does require you to allot hours for traveling. Sometimes up to 2 hours one way.
Pros
Choose your own schedule
Cons
Jods are all over the place so its a lot of traveling required.

Decent Company to work for, but definitely not perfect.
Security Officer (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMay 30, 2018
Easy going for the most part. Hours can be a little instinctive, but overall pretty decent. Sometimes Head Supervisors are a little harsh. Sometime payments checks or deposits can come up short, and you really have to pay attention to your work hours. Some employees are treated better than others. Head Ceo's never come on site. Everything is done by phone. meaning, clock in, clock out. I have never met any of the higher ups in the company. And, worked there for over a year
Pros
Paid Lunch
Cons
Some co-workers get treated better than others and get higer pay
