It is a good place to start with. Normally employees are very good. They can be asked for monthly or weekly reports which is good for employee and employer.

A typical day at work I would arrive to work a little before 8a.m I would eat breakfast than start by washing my hands and putting on a hairnet and apron. then I would go look to see who needs equipment or food restocked like cereal creamers coffee or milk. around 11 I would clean the line and sometime serve the students food and restock bowls plates and eating utensils. at the end of my shift I would clean up wipe down tables sweep mop floors and make sure all bowls and plates coffee cereal milk and creamer's was all restocked.

Great place with great benifits but poor leadership, it's amazing it's not been corrected, you hear it through out the place every where you go in all the buildings, but nothing ever gets changed.

Hold the directors more accountable with who they hire and in which they go about there daily process is much too slow in bringing staff on board. Good people are gone because of politics and red tape

There are many sick days per year, I believe the accrual rate was 1 per month, maybe slightly more.

I did not take many vacations days. However, we get 4 weeks per year and if you do not use them you can accumulate more.
