Great place to work
Engineer (Former Employee) - Maryland - October 9, 2021
For the most part, a great place to work. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Managers provide clear guidance and expectation. Managers make an effort to socialize and treat employees with respect.

My time with Brudis has been very beneficial. They have been a highly professional staff and I have not had any major problems with communication or being able to resolve issues. I would recommend this company to any other engineering construction professionals.

Not a stable place to work
Senior CAD Technician (Former Employee) - Columbia, MD - January 18, 2017
Lot of workload mismanagement, Could not hang onto employees. There was a constant shuffling of staff and was very hard to maintain quality work due to this. In my 6+ years there trained 12 people and had 5 managers.
Pros
Sunshine Commitee...lots of fun get togethers
Cons
poor oversight at management level

Very depressing, dark and strange work environment!!!!!
project engineering (Former Employee) - Columbia, MD - December 14, 2015
A typical work day; gloomy, sad with no hope to do any serious/intelligent engineering design.
What I Learned; do not join this kind of a cheep engineering company.
Management: N/A, contradictory / unclear direction.
MY co-worker: I miss them all, hopeless/wondering sheep!!!
The hardest part of the job: to get a chance to do the job right!!!!!
The most enjoyable part of the job: leaving the don-gen/heading back home.
Pros
None
Cons
Unemployment is much better option than working with this bunch of unskilled managers.

Great place to work
Audits and MBE Compliance Specialist (Current Employee) - Columbia, MD - September 28, 2015
This is a rapidly expanding engineering company with plenty of opportunity for growth for engineers. It has a great work culture, work/life balance and overall, a fair wage compensation for its employees.
