A lot of micro management

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Focused on getting work done quickly and expects new hire to get to speed as fast as possible. Communication is lacking, as emails do not get answered right away.

Great place to work

For the most part, a great place to work. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Managers provide clear guidance and expectation. Managers make an effort to socialize and treat employees with respect.

Great small company to work

Great small company with generous, young, knowledgeable and energetic project managers, very nice coworkers, challenging projects, growing opportunities, exposure to varieties of projects.

Pros

Enormous room to grow for efficient and productive people, compensation, No space for lazy and unskilled people..

Very nice work environment, plus my manager was very great and always there to encourage me, i'd work with them anytime any day if i ever have to relocate back to Maryland.

Professional and courteous

My time with Brudis has been very beneficial. They have been a highly professional staff and I have not had any major problems with communication or being able to resolve issues. I would recommend this company to any other engineering construction professionals.

Not a stable place to work

Lot of workload mismanagement, Could not hang onto employees. There was a constant shuffling of staff and was very hard to maintain quality work due to this. In my 6+ years there trained 12 people and had 5 managers.

Pros

Sunshine Commitee...lots of fun get togethers

Cons

poor oversight at management level

Small & Quality Company

The company has a great culture of people who get along and work well together. Family oriented. They're a growing firm that will likely be very successful in the future.

Pros

Healthy Atmosphere

Cons

Lower Compensation than typical

Great Place to Work If Work-Life Balance is High Priority

Very depressing, dark and strange work environment!!!!!

A typical work day; gloomy, sad with no hope to do any serious/intelligent engineering design. What I Learned; do not join this kind of a cheep engineering company. Management: N/A, contradictory / unclear direction. MY co-worker: I miss them all, hopeless/wondering sheep!!! The hardest part of the job: to get a chance to do the job right!!!!! The most enjoyable part of the job: leaving the don-gen/heading back home.

Pros

None

Cons

Unemployment is much better option than working with this bunch of unskilled managers.

high turnover

High turn over, depressing work place, unreasonable deadlines, difficult management. Cannot think about enjoyable part of the job. Would highly recommend to stay away.

Great place to work

This is a rapidly expanding engineering company with plenty of opportunity for growth for engineers. It has a great work culture, work/life balance and overall, a fair wage compensation for its employees.
