Beware
Office Clerical (Former Employee) –  Oconomowoc, WIJune 19, 2019
It might seem like a great company looking from the outside in, but the company fosters a hostile work environment. The worst employees get rewarded, the best employees get railroaded out, managers have teachers pets that can do no wrong in several departments and unfair treatment is the norm. One person will do something wrong, but the entire group will be punished. The company discourages team work, and deliberately causes divisiveness among the employees.

Working at Bruno
Factory Worker (Current Employee) –  Oconomowoc, WIMarch 14, 2019
Working there everyday was kinda fast paced but at the same time was kinda slow if other people werent doing their job because it was assembly. Learned more experience on being a warehouse associate like the type of jobs they do. Time management was great and the workplace culture was solid not diverse. The hardest part of the was being not to go as fast as you wanted too because it was assembly line so you would have to work at everybody else pace. the enjoyable part was being able to listen to your music.

It is a revolving door! Horrible management. Politics here will disgust you. Extremely worn out old tools and poorly maintained machines. Short Breaks, No Paid Lunch, Mandatory Weekends with no warning,

A great place to work depending on your manager.
Sales (Former Employee) –  Oconomowoc, WISeptember 12, 2017
My first year there was amazing and I loved it. After recommending a new position be created to my co-worker that I would work towards she took he idea to our manager and was promoted into it and she became my manager. She had been with the company 25 years.

So it's a great place to work depending on who your manager is.

The Owner and President is a lovely man.
Pros
Great benefits
Cons
Favoritism is rampant and long term employees are held to different standards than new employees

I enjoyed working there but it had its moments where you felt alone and had no one to ask for assistance and would wing it without proper supervision.
Pros
Casual work attire.
Cons
Poor management skills from higher ups.
