Terrible communication, micromanaged, to many people fired at one time in a week for a company that has been around for 65 years. Seasoned employees leaving the company after 15 plus years. Only care about getting the referral money then wanting people who can make a good team. Just terrible!!!

Management that have better communication with departments such as texting back an forth with your employee’s about work or other things. Making sure your employees who have been there the longest don’t leave they have been there thru thick and thin they are your greatest assets to your company. You don’t have to train new people you already have what you need.
