You were told your daily duties as support staff but somehow a lot was left out until you got the job then the duties became completely different.
They like to know your personality traits to see if you'd match with members and coworkers. I think my traits needed to match working with children instead.

It was a very stress filled job with a lot of fast paced days and nights. everyone is very helpful. A lack of employees made it very difficult to get any time off and often times you are asked to work more hours than scheduled

I saw many medical personnel who were stressed out about getting their breaks and back to their unit in time, I would make a suggestion to management to dedicate a cashier line for them, so they would not have to wait in long lines.
