Bryan Health Employee Reviews for Nursing Assistant

Like someone else mentioned I used to be proud to work for Bryan. There have been many changes in recent years which haven’t been great. Safety has decreased because of these changes. I don’t feel that upper management really cares to take into account the opinions of floor staff. Staff are stretched thin and struggling with higher patient loads this year. That being said my manager on the unit is great, and my coworkers, some of the best around.

clique like behavior

The main problem is the culture of the work environment. Catty employees, lots of gossiping and clique-like behavior. Lack of teamwork or help unless you fit in.

good place to work

They have good benefits and the pay is fair. Management is easy to talk to. Can be difficult to find a job here because they try to hire internal. Overall, happy with the job.

The days are never the same, new things everyday. The employees of the Bryan team are amazing and always willing to help. There are tons of job opportunities for everyone

I think that it could use a lot of work on the build but some peoples just like stuff the way it is that is why we don't have that many peoples their like we should
