Bryan Health Employee Reviews for Pharmacy Technician

Great company to gain experience. Job is pretty straight forward. The cons are that place is full of drama from top to bottom, every day there is new none work related issues. You will receive lots of negative comments and little of encouraging comments. Other thing is time off, good luck getting a vacation off, the time off has to be submitted at least 6 months in advance to have a chance to get it off.

Management and pay are horrid.

This is the worst company I have ever been employed by. Management does nothing to help employees. They only do what benefits them and are willing to do whatever it takes to do so. This company only does what is in their best interest instead of the patients and employees best interest. Specifically, pharmacy management is terrible. They do not listen to suggestions on how to improve things and they lie to your face.

I love working for Bryan Health! I only left because I need to retake my certification again and I would love to go back! The staff was awesome to work with and I really enjoyed all the pharmacists - they always had an answer to any questions you had about the profession. Thank you pharmacy

Excellent place to work

Each day provided new challenges. You must be willing to be busy for a full 8 hour shift on your feet and move quickly and accurately to perform the job well.

Good place to work

Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee) - Lincoln, NE - March 7, 2018

Bryan is a great place to work. I really liked the culture and teamwork attitude that they push. I would recommend Bryan to anyone looking for a Hospital position.
